Returns

We hope that you are 100% happy with your MAU-HOUSE order.

In the case that you are not, let us know how we can best assist you.  As a policy, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to exchange or issue a store credit for the value of the items purchased.  Items purchased with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not qualify.  Store credit issued for returns will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

All exchanges are dependent on current inventory.

If there are any problems or concerns with the product upon arrival, please contact andrew@mau-house.com. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging.  Please hold onto all packaging, and we will provide instruction regarding repacking for return.  

MAU-HOUSE is not responsible for shipping charges for returns. 

 

Orders

Orders ship out within 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.  Please keep in mind, although we prioritize the processing and shipment of our orders, we are a small studio.  Let us know if your order has a deadline.

 

Shipping Terms

We utilize USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ship all domestic and international orders.   This allows us the lowest cost to transfer to our customers.  We are not responsible for any duties or customs taxes for orders shipping overseas. Please contact andrew@mau-house.com with any questions.

 

Large Items

All furniture and large items ordered typically have a lead time of 6-10 weeks. Freight shipping is coordinated per order, so please do not hesitate to contact us at andrew@mau-house.com prior to ordering a large item.
